Frances Giliker
Financial Advisor
After qualifying as a Solicitor in 2009, I decided to opt for a career in Financial Services. I have been in the industry for almost 20 years, and for 15 of these I have worked as a regulated Independent Financial Adviser. In 2015 I decided, along with my Husband Chris to set up our business Giliker Flynn Independent Wealth Ltd. I've always enjoyed the technical side of advice, particularly number crunching and using Excel! Aside from enjoying time with my daughters and rescue dog Percy, I love to keep fit. I exercise 5 days a week, regularly going to the gym or playing tennis/padel with Chris. I'm also a dance lover and go to weekly hip hop/commercial classes.

Chris Flynn
Managing Director & Financial Advisor
After playing football professionally for Crewe Alexandra, I opted for a career in Financial Services back in 2008. I have worked at Britannia building society, Lloyds bank and then decided to set up Giliker Flynn Independent Wealth Ltd with my Wife Fran in January 2015. I have a real interest in business and love both aspects of my job, which involves advising clients and managing the company. Whilst it is impossible for me to ever completely switch off from work, I try and find as much time as possible to spend with my two little girls. I also think it is very important to live an active, healthy lifestyle. I love playing golf, and keeping fit. I have run a full Marathon, along with several half marathons, and enjoy Hyrox style training in the gym. Finally, I'm an avid supporter of the Peter Pan Centre children's charity, and help them organise their annual golf day, along with raising funds for them via several other events throughout the year.

Vicky Hill
Client Account Manager
I have previously worked for the Co-operative Group for 15 years in the Bank Reconciliations department for the travel side of the business, where I worked my way up to the Development and Integration Manager within the department until I was made redundant in 2013. Since then, I have worked in the Financial Services industry within Church Street Financial Planning and Giliker Flynn. I have passed level 1 and 2 in British Sign language – (it was a few years ago, so very rusty). My interests include long walks with my family and my Cavachon, Tilly. I love Wales and enjoy family holidays in our caravan in Abersoch. My children love donkeys and during the summer months, we attend every open day (1 per month) visiting the donkey sanctuary in Derbyshire.

Klaudia Siluta
Client Account Manager
Before I joined the Giliker Flynn team I worked as a Facilities Management Officer for the Stoke on Trent City Council and JCB. Prior to taking this role, I worked as a freelance interpreter/translator within the private and public sector. I’m known for my friendliness and enthusiasm about my work/customer service. I would describe my personality as positive, approachable and compassionate/humble. I love the outdoors. I’m an avid mountain biker and hiker. I’m passionate about travel, exploration and food. I have a variety of hobbies, from playing sports, baking ‘healthy’ cakes, to reading and playing board games. I’m a massive fan of that place called the gym. My motto: Don’t follow your dreams, chase them!

I am a Law graduate having gained an upper Second Class honours. I joined Giliker Flynn in July 2022 and I am keen to continue progressing and broadening my knowledge within the business. Having achieved competent status in my paraplanning role, I'm currently working through my Level 4 CII qualification, and will look to become an adviser within the firm in the not too distant future. My hobbies include, snowboarding, surfing, and running, whilst I also enjoy travelling and camping.

I started my working life in 1986 at W H Smith as a Sales Assistant in the Record Department and worked my way up to Department Manager. When the branch closed in 1992, I was made redundant and moved to a similar company but after four years and then the birth of my son, I decided to change direction. I have worked in Financial Services administration for over 25 years, working for several Independent Financial Adviser firms in that time. I also undertook book-keeping services for those companies and others, via my own company. I started working a few hours per week for Giliker Flynn in August 2017 then joined on a permanent basis, as Deputy Office Manager, in July 2018. My main interests are music, shopping and travelling. My favourite places to go on holiday are Italy and Spain but I also like North Wales. I enjoy walking and swimming and spending time with my family.

I have recently joined the Giliker Flynn Team in November 2025. Following my graduation from University with a degree in Law and Business Management, I chose to opt for a career in Financial Services. I have worked in an administration role within the industry since 2017. I'm currently working through my CII Level 4 qualification and hope to develop into a competent adviser at some point in the future. My hobbies include socialising and traveling with friends. I'm also a very keen runner!

Ben Ford
Office Assistant
I joined the Giliker Flynn team in the autumn of 2024, I'm currently working through my T Level finance qualification at Newcastle college and work in the office one day a week as part of my education course. I'm keen to have a career in the industry, and having sat in on meetings with Chris and Fran, I'd like to be an adviser one day. However I enjoy learning about the different roles and tasks that are required within the business. Chris keeps telling me I have lot's of potential, and he is going to try his best to help and support me to reach my full potential in my time here, so I'm grateful for the opportunity I have. I may also decide to go to university to further my education. I'm a keen golfer, and stoke city fan. I also enjoy socialising with my mates and going to festivals.

Percy
Office Assistant
I was rescued from the streets of Cyprus in 2015 by my new Mum and Dad Chris and Fran. I’m very grateful for what they have done for me and didn’t expect to be offered an opportunity to work within the financial services industry. My role now consists of head of security and also ensuring everybody’s lunch tastes up to scratch. The best part of my job is getting to meet clients that love dogs as I’m often invited into client meetings which really helps my learning. Outside of work, I like chasing squirrels, going on long walks with my family, sleeping for about 20 hours a day, and getting my ears pulled off by my youngest sister, who I also share a bed with. fun fact - I absolutely hate owls, and when I hear them twit twoo I can't help but go crazy and wake my family up in the middle of the night. This is something I'm working on!
